Crop, convert and clean your images
Convert iPhone HEIC photos to JPG or WebP, crop them, resize them for every social network, add a watermark, combine them into a PDF, wipe metadata (camera, date, GPS) and create your site's favicon. Everything happens in your browser: your images are never uploaded.
JPG has no transparency: transparent areas take the background colour. Quality only applies to JPG, WebP and AVIF. To mainly reduce file size, see also the Image compressor.
Drag the frame or its handles, or draw a new frame. Shift keeps the proportions; the arrow keys move the selected frame.
Tick the formats you need: each image is produced in all of them at once. Sizes are the ones the networks recommend; they change them from time to time, hence the custom size.
Click the image to choose the point kept in the centre (“Fill” mode).
The watermark keeps the same relative size on every image, whatever its dimensions. Tiling is harder to remove and suits an ID document sent to an organisation.
Photos often carry hidden information: phone model, date and time, software, and sometimes the exact GPS location. Cleaning removes it without re-encoding the image when possible (JPG, PNG, WebP), so with no quality loss.
Images are placed in list order: change it with the arrows. With automatic orientation, a wide photo gets a landscape page.
The pack contains favicon.ico (16, 32 and 48 px), PNGs at 16, 32, 180 (apple-touch-icon), 192 and 512 px, site.webmanifest and the HTML code. With an image, the central square is used: crop it first in the “Crop” tab if needed.
What does this tool do?
- Convert: HEIC (iPhone photos) to JPG, PNG or WebP, PNG to JPG, JPG to WebP or AVIF… in batches, with your choice of quality, background colour and maximum size. Download converted images one by one or as a ZIP.
- Crop: ready-made ratios (1:1, 4:3, 16:9, 4:5 for Instagram, 9:16 for stories, A4…) or an exact size in pixels, quarter-turn rotation, mirror, and the same crop applied to a whole series.
- Social media: each image produced at once in the sizes Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest or WhatsApp expect, cropped around the point you choose or kept whole on a blurred background.
- Watermark: a text (“© Your name”) or a logo, in a corner or tiled, with the opacity and size you want, added to a whole series.
- Images → PDF: photos, scans or screenshots combined into a single PDF (A4, Letter, A5, A3 or image size), 1 to 9 per page, in the order you choose.
- Remove metadata: the tool shows what each photo contains (camera, date, GPS, software, XMP, IPTC…) and then removes it.
- Make a favicon: from an image or from text or an emoji, with every format browsers, iOS and Android expect.
Frequently asked questions
How do I convert an iPhone HEIC photo to JPG?
Drop the .heic files, pick “JPG” in the Convert tab, then “Convert all images”. The HEIC decoder (libheif, in WebAssembly) loads with the first HEIC image; conversion then runs on your device.
How do I put several photos into one PDF?
Drop the images, open the “Images → PDF” tab, set the order with the arrows, then pick the page size and the number of images per page. 150 or 200 dpi is enough for email; use 300 dpi for printing.
Why remove EXIF data before sharing a photo?
A phone photo can hold the GPS coordinates of where it was taken, sometimes your home. Social networks usually strip them, but email, messaging apps and website uploads do not.
Does the photo keep the right orientation after cleaning?
Yes. When the orientation was only stored in the EXIF data, the image is re-encoded upright so it does not display sideways.
Are my images uploaded to a server?
No: everything runs in your browser, and nothing is kept once you close the page.
HEIC decoding: libheif-js (libheif, LGPL-3.0 licence), shipped unmodified (licence).
